Press Releases MGM MIRAGE Named one of the Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces in 2007 LAS VEGAS - June 28, 2007- MGM MIRAGE has been recognized by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption as one of the “Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces” in 2007. MGM MIRAGE is the only gaming company named to the list. The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption recognizes the “Best Adoption-Friendly” hotel and travel companies in America based upon adoption benefits offered to employees. In 2005, MGM MIRAGE instituted a benefit that provides eligible employees with $2,500 per child to assist with the financial cost of adoption. Currently, the maximum benefit is $5,000 per family. According to Rita Soronen, executive director of the Foundation, “The recognition acknowledges employers who excel at supporting their employees who adopt by providing financial assistance and paid leave.” Media Contacts:
