CityCenter is a joint venture between MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) and Infinity World Development Corp, a subsidiary of Dubai World. It is currently the largest privately financed development in U.S. history.

Anchored on 76 acres, the project features:

  • ARIA – A soaring 61-story, 4,004-room gaming resort
  • Three non-gaming luxury hotels including:
    • Vdara Hotel
    • Las Vegas’ first Mandarin Oriental
    • The Harmon Hotel – A luxury 400 room boutique hotel anticipated to open late 2010
